2026 dues are currently $500 per lot and due in full on 1/31/2026. If any portion of dues is paid after 1/31/2026, there is a $50 late fee. Per POA covenants and by-laws, the dues are payable no later than January 31st of each year. Dues can be paid via check, cash, or cashiers check. There is also an online payment link that can be provided but please note there will be a processing charge of 3%+. Dues payment can either be dropped off in the lockbox in the pool house lobby or mailed to the following address:

Brentwood is governed by a Property Owners Association. All Residents must agree and abide by the Covenants as disclosed upon entering into a contract to purchase one of the homes within Brentwood subdivision.
