Below is the protocol for the reporting of and enforcement of covenant violations:

1.  The perceived covenant violation/infraction must be reported to the Brentwood POA Board (see below form for anonymous reporting)

2. The Board will investigate the proposed violation. If the concern is not valid at the time of Board observation, no action will be taken.  If the concern is valid, the Board will follow the below enforcement protocol:

• 1st Notice - Residents will be mailed/emailed a Notice of Violation requesting remedy within seven (7) days.

• 2nd Notice - If the violation remains after seven (7) days, the resident will be mailed official Notice of Violation and $50.00 fine with a final request to remedy the violation within seven (7) days.

• Process will continue with a $50.00 each month the violation remains and/or lien is filed.
